Before you send us the product back, please note that we have a defined process for this.

1.) Return Announcement

Send us the completed return form online (alternative: via fax). For a credit note, the returned item must be unused, shipped in undamaged and unlabeled original packaging and returned to Olympus within eight weeks of receipt.

2.) Olympus Check

Olympus will check your request. You will receive an answer with the required information and return documents.

3.) Shipping

Send the item in the original package without damage to the address given in the return documents.

4.) Credit

After successful item check of the return you will receive a credit note for the returned item.
